The journey began when I requested my landlord to address a black mold problem in my apartment. Rather than taking action, I received a 'No Trespass' order from the leasing office and a cease-and-desist notice for my website, which contained only factual information. I am still awaiting a response from Scolnik, Laverty, and Gouveia LLP, the law firm representing the 'landlord,' to point out the alleged defamation on my website. The reality is that there is no defamation; instead, intimidation tactics were used to divert attention from the mold issue.

Sometime later, a company named Environmental & Construction Management Services, Inc., based in the same town as JM Corcoran Management and SLG Law Firm (all in Braintree, MA), was hired to test the air quality in my apartment. Oddly enough, I have been denied access to the results and was told I would need a subpoena to obtain them.

I have taken on the role of the 'Health and Safety Cop' at the Massachusetts Mills Apartments Complex. My efforts have been so effective that I have not received any communication from the law firm regarding maintenance issues, business identity misrepresentation, unlawful evictions, and other mishaps.
